[[QB]] (Quick Bid)  is a construction estimating software system that prices contract proposals based on labor, material, overhead and mark up. QB uses    SQL databases with  prefabricated  assemblies,  conditions  and items to store material installation data. Selected from the Master database the assemblies are further modified by users to meet contract specifications.  Items contain the labor and material costs for a specific product based on the measurement units used by OST.  QB can provide multiple labor market and material installation methods in an item. QB has equipment, subcontractors, other and reports of labor, materials and total prices with breakdowns by zones.
